One of the things that make those Emily shots so enjoyable, is how radiant and full of life she looks. How she doesn't seem to pretend or play a role, doesn't take poses or put on airs or try to be someone else. She fulfills very naturally a very positive archetype. You capture that, and that's great. We tend to forget that the photographer's role is not just about pretty pictures and nicely collected moods, but also in no small part to be able to let the model's best come out most spontaneously, inspire its doing so if needed, and catch it the moment it does.
