Making Hungarian Goulash (think of beef stew with clear broth instead of gravy) quite spicy because of the hot Hungarian Paprika. Traditionally served with Charni Khleb (Ukranian Black Bread) smeared with cream cheesse, and hot Chai sweeted with Krupnik (Honey Liquer), although my sons prefer Fresh Italian bread and Butter.
